The Chair of Economics, Management and Finance (EMF) was established in 2019 on the basis of 2 Chairs: "Economics and Management" and "Economic Theory and Finance".

The EMF Chair has the following programs:

03.38.02 "Management", program "Financial and Investment Management", Bachelor's degree;

04.38.02 "Management", program "Financial Management", Master's degree;

08.00.05 "Economics and management of the national economy", program "Economics, organization and management of enterprises, industries, complexes", postgraduate and doctoral studies.

The teaching staff includes 29 people, 83% of the professors have academic titles and academic degrees: 19 candidates of sciences and 5 doctors of sciences. The staff regularly publishes scientific articles and textbooks used in the educational process.

In 2022-2023, Doctor of Economics, Professor Yuriy Aniskin developed an economic model of the "Company's Business Activity Management System '' based on the results of long-term research of companies in various industries. Together with programmers from the Institute of Systems and Software Engineering and Information Technology and the "Deyton'' Central Design Bureau, he developed a "digital twin of the company's business activity management system" on the basis of that model. Based on this work, a program was created and successfully tested. It received high praise in the professional community of the electronic industry.

In the course of their studies, students participate in various conferences, where they make reports on the results of the analysis of the firms' activities. In the process of student research and practice, students acquire professional skills in the methods of analyzing and evaluating a company. Bachelor's and master's degree studies are focused on the practical use of knowledge on enterprise's activities.
