1986 – Graduated from the A.F. Mozhaysky's Military-Space Academy.

1986-1993 – Officer in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

1993-2001 – Served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Since 2001 – Lieutenant colonel in the reserve. Has government awards.

2003-2009 – Assistant of MIET Rector on Commercial Security.

Since 2009 – Head of the Administrative Department of MIET.

2010-2016 – Vice Rector for Administrative Activities and Human Resources.

2016-2018 – Vice-rector for Administrative Activities and Finances.

Since 2018 – Senior Vice-rector.
