Research fellow at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, University of Missouri, Columbia, USA, Dr. Vitaliy Gruzdev will give a report on the topic "From femtosecond laser chemistry to laser biochemistry: a controlled modification of biomolecules by ultrashort laser pulses in polar fluids for biomedical applications".

The scientist will tell us about the use of femtosecond laser pulses for controlled modification of peptides and proteins in polar liquids saturated with air oxygen at room temperature and using these technologies to develop new medical technologies.
