MIET students' dormitory is located outside the main university campus.

The dormitory comprises four 5-storied buildings and one 11-storied building.

They are interconnected to form a single complex with one main entrance. The dormitory holds a preventorium, a library with a reading hall, a canteen, a small concert hall, several study rooms and a first-aid post.

The dormitory often hosts student concerts and discos, including specific musical genre-oriented parties.

Almost 2000 students and postgraduates live in the dormitory.

In the dormitory one can take up weightlifting, martial arts, ping-pong, chess, aerobics, break dance, hustle, club dances. There are also several music bands rehearsing.
