NXP was established in 2006 by philips concern and is the second world largest company producing semiconductors. The delegation was headed by Hans Dollee, Director of Standardization Partnerships and University Relations, and Janos Kudett, Senior Director C&EE.
MIET and NXP have already come to the agreement in educational cooperation.
Thus, within the framework of the visit the company’s representatives presented the Chair of Computer Engineering with 8 microprocessor sets for training students. MIET was also granted an NXP Partnership Certificate in the field of education.
The sides also considered the issues of expanding cooperation in education and supporting scientific research held in MIET.
