International Technical Summer School started in MIET
25 students from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China have arrived to MIET to study the main trends of next generation mobile communications. The Summer School lasts for two weeks and consists of lectures and practical classes by the employees of the Chair of telecommunication systems (TCS).
The opening ceremony was greeted by Dmitriy Kovalenko, Vice-rector for International Affairs and Youth Relations, Alexander Bakhtin, Head of the TCS Chair, and Alexander Timoshenko, Associate Professor of the TCS Chair.
As part of the cultural part of the Summer School program, the Chinese delegation will visit the main sights of Moscow and go to St. Petersburg for two days. Moreover, the program includes a sightseeing tour of Zelenograd as well as creative and sports meetings with MIET International Club.
We would like to remind that it is the third Summer School with the participation of students from China.
