MIET has strengthened its position in Round Universities Ranking

The RUR rating agency, together with the international company Clarivate Analytics, has published the second edition of the rating of Russian universities - RUR Russian Universities Ranking. This year it was entered by 82 Russian universities, MIET is located on 28th place. In the overall ranking of Round Universities Ranking, the university rose by 22 positions and took 664 place among 829 leading universities of the world.

When compiling rating lists, RUR specialists evaluate data on 20 indicators grouped in four key areas of the university's activity: teaching, research, international diversity, financial sustainability. Based on each of these indicators, lists of Russian universities were compiled for individual areas of activity.

This year MIET rose to 4 positions (from 32 to 28 in the Russian Universities Ranking) in terms of general indicators and entered the TOP-10 of Russian universities in terms of financial stability. The university has improved its performance in all areas:

39th place - teaching

45th place - research

33rd place - international diversity

7th place - financial sustainability
