Acceleration program for technological entrepreneurship is finished
Two months ago MIET launched a new acceleration program MIET Startup Hub "Electronika" for students who were interested in technological entrepreneurship. The program was being implemented as part of the federal project “The Platform of University Technological Entrepreneurship” aimed at developing the entrepreneurial potential of young people and training professionals in the field of technological entrepreneurship. The finishing point of the accelerator was Demo Day, where the participants made presentations of their projects.
The university acceleration program is purposed to develop new projects focused on real business needs and grow innovative products that help to transform electronics and IT industry in Russia.
There are more than 400 students, young lecturers and MIET graduates who took part in the accelerator.
The program lasted for two months. The participants not only attended lectures and different practical events, but also met with experts and mentors. All these activities helped everyone to work out the idea and get the first results.
Demo day took place on the 9th of December. Each team had only 5 minutes to tell about the results they managed to achieve while participating in the acceleration program. The event was attended by experts, mentors and partners of the program.
