A warm spring evening, dimmed lights and soulful piano music. Piano Day is back in MIET!
The annual music celebration event at the end of March gathers thousands of composers and music aficionados from all around the globe, no matter the preferred genre.
MIET became the first place in Russia that supported the piano-music tradition. This year will be the seventh time that the university hosts this event for young composers.
Piano Day will take place in the MIET Concert Hall on March 31st at 7 PM. Composers such as Kapiton Neklyudov, Denis Stelmah and Anton Holomiyev will perform their best pieces in the genres of neoclassicism, modern jazz, ambient and ethnical music.
