American school students from Tulsa visited MIET at the 9-th of March
The American delegation planned to visit our University before their arrival in Zelenograd. Pupils from Zelenograd school №1150 told them about MIET during their visit to Tulsa last autumn. The school participates in exchange programs and is in friendly relations with Booker T. Washington School и Edison School in Tulsa.
At MIET American school students visited the main building and laboratories of the following chairs: Biomedical Systems, Telecommunication Systems, Quantum Physics and Nanoelectronics. The robotics systems presentation of the Microelectronic Chair aroused particular interest and bright emotions.
After the excursion in the convention hall of the Academic Senate there was a meeting of guests and students from MIET Department of Foreign Languages. Everyone could ask questions for learning more about American guests and their native town. The conversation was really interesting. And also it was a good practice of English for Russian students.
