MIET signed an agreement on cooperation with Tokyo Boeki Ltd.
The delegation of the Japanese company was headed by its President Mr. Kazuei Uchida. It’s noteworthy, that in 1967 Tokyo Boeki Ltd. was the first company to obtain accreditation as «Representative office of the foreign company in the USSR».
Tokyo Boeki is famous as the official representative of leading Japanese manufacturers of scientific and analytical equipment: JEOL, Nikon, Rigaku, SPSS, etc. The company provides Russian market with the equipment of Oxford Instruments (Great Britain), Gatan (USA), Katsuragawa Electric (Japan), Plextor (Japan) and many others.
In the framework of cooperation with MIET the Japanese company has established 3 scholarships per semester for students, who study nanotechnologies in the electronics. Also Tokyo Boeki intends to show production capabilities in Japan to the best MIET students.
