A large nanotechnological centre is to be set up at MIET

The project of establishing «Nano- and microsystem engineering» center has won the open competition of the Rusnano state corporation. The results of the competition were announced at the 26-th of March.

The winners were selected by the competition committee according to the results of the scientific, research and investment examination.

This document foresees the formation of nanotechnological centers net relying on the net of Federal Multi-access Centers and Scientific Educational Centers, which are established in the frames of federal program «Development of nanoindustry infrastructure 2008-2010» and also existed objects of innovative infrastructure.

The main peculiarity of Rusnano nanotechnological centers is the concentration of technological equipment and possibilities to incubate small innovative companies.
