MIET students win Presidential and Government scholarships

In late August, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education announced the winners of the selection rounds for Presidential and Government of the Russian Federation scholarships for the 2026/27 academic year.

Students and postgraduate students from MIET are among the scholarship recipients in the category "Engineering, Technology and Technical Sciences".

Winners of the Presidential Scholarship competition:

5. Ivan Vinogradov (IB, 1st-year postgraduate student)

6. Tatyana Grigorieva (NMT, 1st-year postgraduate student)

7. Margarita Kruzhаlina (AMT, 1st-year postgraduate student)

8. Valentina Maslova (BMS, 1st-year postgraduate student)

9. Maria Prudnikova (AMT, 1st-year postgraduate student)

10. Ilya Soloviev (NMT, 1st-year postgraduate student)

11. Yulia Chumachenko (AMT, 1st-year postgraduate student)

Winners of the Government of the Russian Federation Scholarship competition:

The scholarships are awarded from September 1, 2026, for a period of 12 months. The Presidential Scholarship amounts to 30,000 RUB per month for students and 75,000 RUB per month for postgraduate students. The Government Scholarship amounts to 20,000 RUB per month (for university students).
