Danfoss is interested in MIET’s developments
On February 11th an accounting systems manager from Danfoss, Mr. Hans Erik Larsen, visited MIET Innovation Complex.
From the MIET Innovation Complex side the guest was met by the Chief of the Center for Commercialization and Technology Transfer at MIET Dr. D.B. Rygalin, the Head of the Department of International Activities in the Zelenograd Nanotechnology Centre A.V. Leontiev, and the Head from the centre of energy efficiency V.P. Melnikov.
The agenda of Mr. Lanser’s stay included the activities of the open joint-stock company “Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Centre”, as well as a sightseeing tour of the centers for collective usage which were created at MIET Innovation Complex. The Danish company representative examined areas of machining process, high-accuracy assembly of electronic products and equipment, as well as the "clean rooms" of the Scientific-Technological Centre “Nano and Micro System Technology”.
Such centres are aimed at assisting researchers and developers to commercialize their ideas, to create innovative small businesses, as well as to organize the output of small batches of production.
At the end of the meeting the sides sat down at the negotiating table to discuss co-operation in the field of energy conservation.
