10 years of successful cooperation with Cadence

MIET-Cadence Device and system design institute (DSD Institute) is one of the largest MIET international centers opened in 2001 training specialists in electronics. Currently, several hundred students have graduated from this master program. Most of them work successfully in leading enterprises in CAD. Due to the constant program updating to the needs of business DSD Institute graduates are very appreciated in the most famous and the largest companies of the world.

Prof. Dr. S.V. Umnyashkin, MIET Vice-rector for International Affairs and IT, and Prof. Dr. M.G. Putrya, a dean of the Department of Electronics and Computer Technologies, have noted that 2011 graduates of DSD Institute are special because MIET celebrates ten-year cooperation with Cadence this year.

University administration wished Masters not to forget their alma mater and friendship. Peter Cornelius, Head of Cadence sales department in Russia, Laman Gilles, a Leading Developer, and A. Ivanov, Business Development Manager, also congratulated students. A lot of former DSD graduates attended the meeting.

13 students got master degrees this year; a lot of leading companies not only in Russia but also all over the world are already waiting for them.
