MIET employees visited the plant of Plastic Logic Company in Dresden (Germany)

From September 19 to 26 MIET employees visited the plant of polymer based electronics manufacturer Plastic Logic in Dresden. Delegation of MIET representatives got acquainted with the manufacturing process of flexible TFT displays, i.e. the main component of the electronic school textbooks produced at the plant.

During the visit the contents of educational programme «Organic electronics» was discussed. The programme was developed by MIET on RUSNANO request. It is one of the steps taken prior to construction of the largest plant in Europe for polymer-based electronic devices in Zelenograd. Educational programme will start in October.
