Sergei Revin, the first cosmonaut graduated from MIET, went to the International Space Station on board the spacecraft "Soyuz"

Sergei Revin is a Russian test-cosmonaut of Russian Federal Space Agency (ROSCOSMOS), a senior lieutenant in the reserve. He graduated from MIET in 1989 (department "Automation and Electronics"). As a flight engineer Sergei joined the 31/32-st long expedition to the ISS Sergei.

The crew will stay in orbit more than four months. Docking with the International Space Station is to be held May 17 at 08:39 Moscow time. The main aim of the space expedition is to carry out ecological and medical experiments.

Coming back from the flight Sergei Revin will give an interview to MIET.
