MIET hosted the graduation ceremony from Synopsys-MIET program
On June 10 MIET awarded diplomas and certificates of Synopsys to 17 masters successfully completed the two-year program of international education. Synopsys is a world leader in CAD systems and developing software instruments for IC design, verification and manufacture of semiconductor integrated circuits.
The master’s program is based on the EDA software tools from Synopsys and special training program for the development of large scale integrated circuits (VLSI) granted by Synopsys Department in Armenia within Synopsys World University Programs. The program started at MIET in 2006 based on Synopsys Education Center for IC Design.
The ceremony MIET was opened by Vice-rector for International Affairs and IT Prof. Sergey V. Umnyashkin and Synopsys Vice-President, MIET professor, Dr. Rich Goldman. They awarded MIET diplomas and Synopsys certificates to the graduates.
