MIET scientists presented their researches at an international conference in France
Students of the department of Electronics and Computer Technology (ECT) participated in the International Conference E-MRS Spring Meeting 2014.
Late May, Lille (France) hosted more than two thousand experts from European Community of materials specialists and leading scientists, politicians and businessmen from around the world.
The conference included 30 parallel symposia, one plenary session, one exhibition and much more. Young scientists from MIET made presentations on the use of carbon nanotubes to create flexible transparent electrodes (Karina Akhmadishina), molecular nanocomposites (Alexey Emelyanov) and biological sensors (Anton Malovichko). Anton Malovichko became the youngest member of the conference.
During the conference MIET students had an opportunity to expand their knowledge about the achievements of scientists from other countries in nanoelectronics and materials sciences. MIET reached an agreement to conduct joint research within the framework of a two-month international summer school at Technical University of Munich.
