MIET students participated in the 7th Beach Volleyball World University championship

On July 23-27, Portugal hosted the 7thBeach Volleyball World University championship.
MIET women volleyball team was represented by Ekaterina Okhrimenko and Maria Makarova – students of Institute of Economics, Management and Law. They took part in number of tense games between women team. 26 pairs participated in the championship, among them there was one more Russian pair from Ekaterinburg. According to the results of the competition, MIET students took the 13th place.
We would like to remind that in early July Ekaterina and Maria became the champions of Russia in beach volleyball among students.
