MIET expands cooperation with the universities of EEU

On February 26, Yerevan State University (Armenia) signed an agreement on cooperation with National Research University of Electronic Technology.

The document was signed by YSU rector Aram Simonyan and MIET vice-rector Dmitry Kovalenko.

The agreement aimed at cooperation in the field of education, joint training programs and research, academic exchange of department members, etc. During the meeting the sides noted that in the future the once-scientific ties between the universities of the two countries would probably be revived.

We would remind you that on December 4, 2014 the Republic of Armenia approved the treaty of joining the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), which already includes Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

In the near future the contract between State Engineering University of Armenia (SEUA) and Russian-Armenian University (RAU) is also going to be signed.
