A student of Foreign Languages department won the Russian Student Competition in the German language
Within the Year of German language and literature in Russia there was held the II Russian Student Competition in the German language. Its motto was "With German to the top!".
The Olympiad consisted of several rounds. The first one was to manage a number of tasks on the knowledge of the German language. The students, successfully coped with the first round, were to shoot a short video on a given topic.
Initially, there were more than two thousand participants, but only 98 people were able to show their skills in the final. The third-year student of Foreign Languages department Alexandra Khrenova and fourth-year student Gleb Pavlov were among them.
After the final round at the Novosibirsk State Technical University the jure named the winners. One of them was Alexandra Khrenova, who got a diploma for the first place. Besides she was awarded a trip to Germany.
