MIET rector took part in the Science, Education and Culture Federation Council retreat

The meeting with senators and delegates of the Moscow City Duma participating was dedicated to the main flows and prospects of the capital education development in terms of Zelenograd AO.

The meeting was attended by the chairman of relevant FC committee Zinaida Dragunkina, the chairman of the Moscow City Duma education committee Anton Molev; the minister of the Moscow City Government, head of education department Isaak Kalina.

Zinaida Dragunkina thanked Zelenograd AO prefect Anatolij Smirnov for organizational assistance. She also acknowledged the work of Zelenograd teachers. "It is the teachers who are dedicated and self-improving in the terms of their profession who ensure the high quality of the Moscow education which is in demand in modern society", said Zinaida Dragunkina.

The guests were welcomed by prefect, general director of Research Molecular Electronics Institute, general designer of OAO "National Research Molecular Electronics Institute and Micron" Gennadij Krasnikov, MIET rector Yurij Chaplygin, chairman of inter-regional board of Zelenograd AO educational establishments directors Tatyana Grabarnik, heads of regional educational establishments, sub-prefects, heads of departments and municipal corporations, Zelenograd teachers.

Participants made a tour of Zelenograd, visited regional educational establishments and found out more about regional inclusive education experience, children technical creativity support, creating modern educational environment.

Before the meeting its participants laid flowers at the mass grave monument of heroes who gave their lives during battles of 1941.
