MIET student took first place in the regional stage of the All-Russia competition "IT-breakthrough"

All-Russian contest "IT-breakthrough" is aimed at forming the basis for the development of intellectual potential and competitiveness in the field of information technology. Students and young researchers under the age of 24 years take part in the competition.

Computer Science and Telecommunications Department student Lev Urbanskiy awarded the main prize of the contest - 125 thousand rubles. Lev began his research work when he was a freshman. During the study he has already got several achievements in the research area. On his fourth course Lev had completed the project which received the name "Mobile application for the management of intellectual power distribution system in the living room."
