MIET employees take part in the international conference ANNIC-2016 in Barcelona

Representatives of the Functional Electronics Materials Department took part in the international conference «Applied Nanotechnology and Nanoscience International Conference 2016» in Barcelona (Spain) from 9 to 11 November. They presented reports on the following themes: «Investigation of porous Si, formed by metal-assisted chemical etching with Au as catalyst» (S.A.Gavrilov); «Nanotubular anodic TiO2 initial layer morphology evolution under controlled hydrodynamic and temperatureconditions» (A.A.Dronov); «Study and analysis of composition variation influence for chemical reactions sequence and thermal effects in Al-Ni multilayered thermite materials» (E.A.Lebedev).

After the conference S.V.Dubkov won an award for the best poster presentation on the topic «CVD-growth of MWCNT arrays on Me-Ct-N-(O) thin films».
