MIET Master Student becomes the best student of the Faculty of Computing at the University of Glyndwr (UK)
This year Master student of the Department of Computer Science and Telecommunications Maxim Yakunin became a member of the two diplomas program, which is implemented MIET and University Glyndwr (UK). While studying he achieved excellent results in all disciplines and was awarded as the best student of the Computing Department. For outstanding achievements in studies Maxim Yakunin was awarded a grant from the company DTCC.
Full-time studying in Glyndwr took place in July 2015 and lasted for 4 weeks. From September 2015 to May 2016 student was preparing his undergraduate thesis in English (with weekly consultations on Skype with scientific leader of Glyndwr).
The graduation ceremony was held in the Glyndwr University on 27 October. The Diploma of British University, which gives the student opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies in Glyndwr, was awarded to M.Yakunin on November 9 in MIET during the Academic Council meeting.
