During the visit of Russian President V.V. Putin to Japan an agreement on cooperation between MIET and «Zelenograd Development Corporation» with Yokogawa companies and Tokyo Boeki is signed

The agreement provides the joint work of all parties in the exploration and development of Minimal Fab technology.

Minimal Fab standard is developed in Japan for research, prototyping, limited and mass production by a group of researchers of National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) moderated by Professor Shiro Hara.

Professor Hara personally introduced Minimal Fab equipment to the MIET delegation and university rector V.A. Bespalov at the Semicon Japan exhibition.

Yokogawa and Tokyo Boeki companies are included in the Association of Minimal Fab Developers, uniting more than 100 companies and organizations, which conduct research and produce equipment for Minimal Fab standard.
