MIET was again ranked among the best universities in the developing countries of Europe and Central Asia according to QS
British company QS Quacquarelli Symonds presented the QS University Ranking: Emerging Europe and Central Asia 2017/18.
MIET was ranked 160-170, improving its indices by the following criteria: Academic Reputation and Employer Reputation. In total, there are 97 Russian universities in the published part of the ranking included 300 educational institutions; this is more than last year.
The ranking takes 9 criteria into account: the academic reputation, the reputation among employers, the academic staff and students ratio, the percentage of foreign teachers and students, the academic staff publication activity, the publications citation rate, the percentage of employees with post-graduate degrees, the internet resources efficiency.
