Our university is aimed at fruitful cooperation with the Chinese partner. Currently the Department of Telecommunications of MIET is negotiating with the representatives of Xidian University about cooperation in the field of education and research, as well as the development of a program of double diplomas. This July two MIET students visited the Chinese university as the participants of the Summer School dedicated to information and computer technology. The program included a course of lectures in English from the leading Chinese scientists and guest professors from the USA, as well as practical classes and interesting excursions to the scientific, industrial and cultural sites.
