TCS department staff took part in the work of the round table devoted to 5G
November 16-17, the University of Bristol (Great Britain) hosted a round table on "RF & Communications Research Roundtable", organized by National Instruments (NI) and dedicated to the development of mobile networks of the fifth generation - 5G. The leading scientists from universities of Great Britain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium and Germany took part in the discussion. They presented the results of their scientific research in the following fields: mmWave, SDR, MIMO, IoT, SDN. Also they showed the solutions for creating rapid prototyping test kits for 5G (L1-L3 levels) using NI equipment.
The participants agreed on a collaboration in the field of research of devices, systems and 5G networks.
