MIET and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University signed the Memorandum of cooperation
Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and National Research University of Electronic Technology signed a Memorandum of cooperation in the field of education and science. Over the past few years undergraduates of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University come to MIET for scientific and industrial training. In December Institute of Nano- and Microsystem Technic hosted 8 students who had the opportunity to study modern trends in the development of technologies for the manufacture of electronic devices (EI), the features of the technology for manufacturing EC modules of different levels of design and technological complexity, the physicochemical foundations of typical and special technological processes, materials and technological environments for the implementation of technological processes, technological equipment, equipment for the implementation of technological processes of power plants.
The students acquired practical skills in the development of electronic devices, the selection of modern electronic components, the optimization of technological solutions in terms of quality, reliability, economy, etc. with the use of CAD, for the development of design and technological documentation.
