1995 – Graduated from MIET.
Developer of dispatch control systems (the results of his work were implemented in the technical operation management of the State Joint-Stock Company All-Russian Exhibition Center, Sheremetyevo Airport, pump and feeder substations, power facilities).
Twice awarded a grant from the President of the Russian Federation for state support of young Russian scientists, doctors of sciences. Awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
Author of 15 intellectual property objects and 40 publications, including 4 teaching aids.
