Brief biography
1978 – Graduated from the Chair of Integrated Electronics and Microsystems (IEMS) and started working there.
1986 – Defended her Candidate’s thesis.
Since 1989 – Professor at the Chair of IEMS.
2005 – Defended her Doctor’s dissertation.
Since 2007 – Deputy Head of the Chair of IEMS.
She was awarded the “Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation” badge.
