1976 – Graduated from MIET.
1976-1978 – Became an engineer at the Chair of Circuit Engineering of MIET.
1978-1981 – Became a postgraduate at the Chair of Circuit Engineering of MIET.
1982 – Defended his thesis for the Candidate of Science Engineering degree.
1981-1988 – Junior Researcher, Senior Researcher, and Assistant at the Chair of Circuit Engineering of MIET.
1988-1990 – Senior Researcher at the Moscow Research Institute of Radio Communications.
2003 – Defended his thesis for the Doctor of Science Engineering degree.
Since 2017 – Professor at the Institute of Microdevices and Control Systems.
