1997-2002 – Senior Researcher at Semiconductor Dept. SMC Technological Centre MIET, Associate Professor of Higher Mathematics №1.
2002-2004 – Vice-Rector of MIET for Information Technology.
2004-2013 – Vice-Rector for Information Technology and International Affairs.
