1979 – Born in Solnechnogorsk, Moscow Region.
2002 – Graduated from MIET.
2009 – Defended his Candidate’s thesis on "Research and development of a two-collector bipolar magnetotransistor with increased magnetosensitivity", major 05.27.01.
2010-2011 – Head of the Department for Development of Educational Methods and Technologies.
2011-2015 – Director of the Institute for the Organization of the Educational Process.
Since 2015 – Head of the Department for the Implementation of the Educational Process.
Total scientific and pedagogical work experience accounts for more than 10 years, including the pedagogical work experience in higher educational institutions for more than 8 years.
Specializes in the field of modeling magnetically sensitive elements of ICs and microsystems.
