Brief biography

2000 – Graduated from MIET magistracy.

2006 – Defended his Candidate’s thesis on "Research and development of the element base of digital information processing devices based on the principle of thermodynamic reversibility", major 05.27.01.

Since 2006 – Associate Professor at the Chair of Integrated Electronics and Microsystems.

2014 – Defended his Doctor’s Dissertation.

Total scientific and pedagogical work experience accounts for more than 14 years, including pedagogical work experience in higher educational institutions for more than 12 years.

Specializes in the analog IC design and modeling, digital IC with low power consumption design, and automation of IC and SoC design.
