Brief biography
Education:
2003 – Graduated from MIET with bachelor’s degree on 210100.62 “Electronics and Microelectronics”.
2005 – Graduated from MIET with master’s degree on “Electronics and Microelectronics”.
2009 – Defended candidate’s thesis at MIET on “Structural-logical and circuitry methods for increasing the energy efficiency of VLSI for wearable transceivers with code division of channels”, major 05.27.01 “Solid-state electronics, radio-electronic components, micro- and nano-electronics, devices with quantum effects”.
Scientific and teaching activities:
Since 2003 – took part in the research activities of the department
He participated in the development of integrated circuits (sigma-delta converters, matched filters, integrated antennas, physical quantity converters, power amplifiers, phase shifters, low-power amplifier, switches, phase memory processing circuits), communication systems (wearable, mobile and stationary, including communication systems 5G)
Since 2004 – Assistant.
Since 2010 – Associate professor at the Chair of TCS.
