Brief biography

Total work experience accounts for 33 years.

 

1980 – Graduated from MIET with a degree in Automation and Electronics.

1980-2001 – Engineer, Senior Engineer, Assistant, Associate Professor at the Chair of Integrated Electronics and Microsystems in MIET.

2001-2012 – Leading engineer at MultiLink, Pulse~Link and Semtech (USA).

Since 2013 – Professor at the Chair of Integrated Electronics and Microsystems in MIET.

1991 – Defended his Candidate's thesis on “Development and Research of specialized gallium arsenide ICs for ultra-fast measuring equipment” at MIET, major 05.27.01.

2013 – Defended his Doctor's dissertation "Microwave SoCs system using silicon heterostructure bipolar transistors” at MIET, major 05.27.01.

Courses

During his work at MIET, he prepared the lecture courses on “Communication system components” and “Analog IC components”.

 Currently given lecture courses:

  • Communication system components

  • Integrated Design Environments

Scientific activity

In 1991 he was awarded with the "Best scientific and technical development" badge for successful scientific work.

 Research interests: Microwave ICs on GaAs and SiGe technologies.

The author of more than 50 publications.
