Brief biography

1972 –Graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Department of Instrument Engineering.

Since 1972 he has been working at All-Russian Scientific Research Institute for Physical-Engineering and Radiotechnical Metrology as engineer, junior researcher, senior researcher, laboratory head.

Since 2004 – The head of the testing center.

Since 2014 – The head of the research center.

For many years he dealt with the problems of instrumentation of a pulse-oscillographic group and electromagnetic compatibility. He participated in the development of a number of standards and technical regulations, methods of verification and certification of various measuring instruments and test equipment.
