Brief biography

1988 – Born in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.

 2005 – Entered MIET.

 2009 – Graduated from MIET with a Bachelor's degree in engineering and technology in the field of Electronics and Microelectronics.

 2011 – Graduated from MIET-Cadence program with a Master’s degree in engineering and technology in the field of Electronics and Microelectronics. Entered the full-time postgraduate course at the Chair of Integrated Electronics and Microsystems.

 2014 – Graduated from the postgraduate course with a Candidate’s dissertation on “Research and development of electrically reprogrammable non-volatile memory based on CMOS technology”.

 Since 2014 – Lectures at the Chair of Integrated Electronics and Microsystems.

 2015 – Successfully defended his Candidate’s thesis on “Research and Development of electrically reprogrammable non-volatile memory based on CMOS technology”, major 05.27.01 “Solid-state electronics, radio-electronic components, micro- and nanoelectronics, devices based on quantum effects”.

Published 13 scientific publications, 2 of which are a certificate of registration of the topology of an IC, and a patent for a utility model.
