ROSSOTRUDNICHESTVO launches website for applicants to be selected for state scholarships to the Russian Federation in the academic year 2021/2022.
For the first time international students who want to study in Russia will be able to apply online on the website of the state information system "Education in the Russian Federation for Foreigners". The deadline is February 20, 2021.
This is a new service, a one-stop application platform that will provide a completely transparent process: from filling an application, to selection and support, including migration support.
The selection will take place in two stages.
The first one is carried out by Rossotrudnichestvo representative offices, Russian embassies, and foreign missions (registration is done at education-in-russia.com. Based on the test results, a list of candidates is formed according to the scholarship allocated for the country).
If you want to become a student of the National Research University of Electronic Technology:
1. Fill in the application form on the website: education-in-russia.com/
2. Choose the program you want to study at MIET. Find the full list of programs here: eng.miet.ru/page/66299
3. Choose the National Research University of Electronic Technology as the first one you want to apply.

The second stage of selection is conducted by the Russian universities based on the candidates' profiles.

Please note that international applicants need to apply to the Russian foreign office in the territory of the country of citizenship.

If there is no Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in the country, the selection of candidates for training is carried out by the diplomatic mission, including the Embassy of the Russian Federation. The contacts of the Russian embassies can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The second stage of selection is conducted by the Russian universities based on the dossiers of the candidates.
