Minister of Education of the Embassy of India in Moscow visited MIET
On Thursday MIET was visited by Mr. Shri Subrata Das, Minister of Education of the Embassy of India in Moscow. Vice-Rector for Education Alexander Balashov, Deputy Director of the Institute of International Education, Valentin Slyusar and head of the International relations division Irina Ponomareva made a presentation of the university.
Then MIET Rector Vladimir Bespalov met with Mr. Shri Subrata Das. All participants showed great interest on further cooperation and discussed possible formats of interaction in the field of science and education.
During the visit Mr. Subrata Das also saw the architectural complex of the university, the laboratories of the Chair of Telecommunication Systems and the Institute of Biomedical Systems. The minister noted the special significance of developments in the field of biomedicine for society and the economy.
